COVID-19 – What we’re doing.

We want to ensure you that we are closely monitoring the Government’s advice during the COVID-19 pandemic. The health and safety of our staff and visitors is of paramount importance so please take the time to read our guidance below.

Due to the updated guidance released by the Government November 2020, our marketing suites and show homes will be remaining open under COVID-secure restrictions. All marketing suites and show homes will be operated on an appointment-only basis allowing a maximum of two people from one household, and with strict guidelines in place to protect our customers, visitors, and staff. In order to reduce contact time, all reservations will still be taken in a contact-free manner via telephone or email. Our fantastic sales team will be on hand to answer any question or query you have.

We also have various virtual tours available across some of our sites that are a fantastic way to view our homes from an ever safer distance. Check out our development pages to view these.

Our Developments

In line with Government guidance we have re-started development work on some of our construction sites. Not all developments are currently operational, and we hope for more to open in the near future.

The Home Builders Federation of which we are proud members, have worked in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government to produce a Charter to ensure that safe working practices are followed on all members’ construction sites. We are adopting this charter to provide reassurance to our staff, subcontractors, visitors, customers and local residents that we take the risk that this pandemic poses extremely seriously, and we will do whatever necessary to protect those working on our developments.

To all current Mandale homeowners

A letter will be arriving to you to tell you in detail to circumstances under which after care will be carried out. In brief, and under Government instruction, all non essential workers are to cease work and stay home. Therefore, we ask that during this time you contact us only if you have an emergency on 033 0005 0005. All calls will go to our answering service who will then vet your call accordingly in line with Government guidelines.

Under some circumstances we will be unable to assist, please see below.

  • ​​If you have total loss of power or water, please contact your service provider.
  • ​If you have an issue with any of your appliances – please contact the manufacturer and they will deal with it under the manufacturer warranty they provide. 
  • ​Please do not contact Mandale Homes if you have a gas leak – phone National Grid Gas Emergency number  – 0800 111 999.
  • Please do not contact Mandale Homes if you have blocked drains – this is not a warranty issue and is the responsibility of homeowners to deal with themselves at their own cost.​

If you have any general enquires, our emails will be monitored and picked up throughout the enforced lockdown and will be responded to within 7 working days inline with normal
