When you buy with Mandale, we guarantee a high quality build combined with an excellent customer journey. Buying a home is one of life’s biggest purchases and our well-trained Customer Care Team are here to ensure the after sale process runs smoothly.

On the day of your completion, we will automatically enrol you onto our 2 year Mandale warranty which is regulated by the NHBC (or alternative providers) to provide peace of mind in your new home.

Covid-19 Update

The health and safety of our staff and customers is of utmost importance to us. We have therefore implemented multiple guidelines across our sites and offices to ensure the safest working environment possible. If you have tradesmen booked in to address any defects in your new home and you are isolating and/or showing symptoms of Covid-19, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule this appointment.
