Due to the updated guidance released by the Government December 2020, our marketing suites and show homes will be remaining open under COVID-secure restrictions. All marketing suites and show homes will be operated on an appointment-only basis allowing a maximum of two people from one household, and with strict guidelines in place to protect our customers, visitors, and staff. In order to reduce contact time, all reservations will still be taken in a contact-free manner via telephone or
email. Our fantastic sales team will be on hand to answer any question or query you have.

We also have various virtual tours available across some of our sites that are a fantastic way to view our homes from an ever-safer distance. Check out our development pages to view these.

Our Developments


Development construction is fully operational and we are doing our very best to keep to our original timescales. Where there has been any change or effect, we will contact buyers individually to tell you of the circumstances and revised dates.

The Home Builders Federation of which we are proud members, have worked in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government to produce a Charter to ensure that safe working practices are followed on all members’ construction sites. We are adopting this charter to provide reassurance to our staff, subcontractors, visitors, customers and local residents that we take the risk that this pandemic poses extremely seriously, and we will do whatever necessary to protect those working on our developments.

A copy of the charter can be found clearly displayed on all developments.

To all current Mandale homeowners within our 2-year warranty

Warranty and snagging defects are being attended to, but at a reduced rate due to limited staffing levels within Mandale Customer Care and the Companies that supply the subcontractors.

We apologise in advance for the timescale it may be taking to complete works and also if appointments have to be cancelled or changed due to tradesmen or Mandale staff having to isolate due to Covid.

Mandale Customer Care phone lines starting 01642 are not being monitored at this time, if you have any queries either contact the relevant person on their mobile number or ring 033 0005 0005 and a message will be sent to them via email.

If you have an emergency that is covered under Mandales warranty call 033 0005 0005 24 hours a day and they will contact the relevant trade and instruct them to attend.

If you have any general enquires please email in the usual way and emails will be picked up and responded to within 10 working days.

If you have total loss of power or water, please contact your service provider.

If you have an issue with any of your appliances – please contact the manufacturuer and they will deal with it under the manufacturer warranty they provide.

Please do not contact Mandale Homes if you have a gas leak – phone National Grid Gas Emergency number – 0800 111 999.

Please do not contact Mandale Homes if you have blocked drains – this is not a warrenty issue and is the responsibility of homeowners to deal with themselves at their own cost.
