Doing our bit to help our local community
The Mandale Group are proud to be supporting local charities, The Moses Project and Stockton Baptist Church with their annual shoebox appeal in conjunction with Middlesbrough & Teesside Philanthropic Foundation of which we are patrons.
Staff have been hard at work elfing away filling 100 shoesboxes with much needed essential items that many of us take for granted on a daily basis.
Sadly, there are many people living in times of hardship and on the streets and some without any family or friends. Instead of joyful celebrations surrounded by those close, they will be faced with a cold reality. The shoe box appeal is a gift of items that give warmth and comfort, often the only gift they will receive.
For the 3rd year running Mandale and staff haveraised money to purchase hats, scarfs, gloves, socks, soap, body wash, toothbrush and toothpaste, lip balm, combs, feminine hygiene products and a sweet treat.
