New Homes at Hawkeshead Grange being snapped up!

We are excited to announce that our new development at Old Glossop is launching in a couple of weeks time.

A stunning collection of thirty 2,3 and 4 bedroom homes will be coming to the market in various elegant designs but you had better hurry if you want a plot as nearly a third of them are already reserved and we haven’t even got a sales presence on site yet!

Donating Life Saving Equipment to Local Ripon School

Today we paid a visit to the lovely staff and children of St Wilfrid’s Catholic Primary School in Ripon to donate a life-saving defibrillator machine with access for the local community ?? We hope this machine is never needed but we’re happy to know that we’ve provided the school with such an important and necessary tool should the situation ever arise. Thank you to the wonderful children for so kindly drawing us a thank you banner, we really appreciate it! ❤️

Horsforth’s New Knockout Show Home

Understanding The Stamp Duty Holiday

The Government has announced a welcomed Stamp Duty holiday in England to give homebuyers a well-needed step forward in their home-purchasing journey.

Currently, all home buyers pay Stamp Duty tax on homes exceeding the value of £125,000. The rules alter in regards to first-time buyers however, who don’t need to pay Stamp Duty unless their house exceeds £300,000. The new threshold will be available immediately, until 31 March 2021 and providing your chosen home is expected to complete before then, you will automatically be able to waiver the Stamp Duty.

Potentially you could save a huge £15,000 if you were to purchase a £500,000 property from Mandale Homes!

Plots Really Took Off At Aviation Gardens!

We are immensely proud of our fantastic development in Middleton St. George for selling out in such a short amount of time. Aviation Gardens was home to 12 lovely 2 & 4 bedroom houses and sitting on an ideal location with scenic views of farmer’s fields and a stones throw from commuter links.

The show home in particular proved incredibly popular and saw a great deal of positive feedback, especially referencing to how many amazing options were included in our standard specification at Mandale such as bi-folding doors and upgraded flooring to name a few.

We’ve had a great time running Aviation Gardens and want to wish all our new residents the best in their new homes!
