Our Show Homes and Marketing Suites
On May 13th 2020 the Government released update guidance surrounding the housing market as a whole, with specific guidance for housing developers.
It is with pleasure that we are able to inform you that our marketing suites and show homes will be re-opening on Friday 15th May 2020.
Appointments must be made for all visits, and using the government guidance provided we have implemented strict guidelines to all visitors. A copy of these guidelines can be seen below.
Upon making an appointment we will email a copy of these guidelines to you so you can read these thoroughly and understand exactly what to expect when you arrive.
Our Construction Sites
We have recommenced construction on some of our developments and it is our intention that the others will re-open over the coming weeks.
The Home Builders Federation of which we are a proud member, have worked in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government to produce a Charter to ensure that safe working practices are followed on all members’ construction sites. We are adopting this charter to provide reassurance to our staff, subcontractors, visitors, customers and local residents that we take the risk that this pandemic poses extremely seriously, and we will do whatever necessary to protect those working on our developments.
