As the last plot at Potter’s Meadow in Workington has been reserved we can look back on what a success the site has been.
The beautiful site of thirty-five 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes were eagerly welcomed by the local community and saw the whole site reserved within 10 months of launching!

Our swanky new interactive kiosks are being installed into some of our new developments across the country.
The sizable screen allows our customers to sift through our interactive site plans to check availability, price and location of their favorite plots. With an array of show home internals and representative floor plans, our buyers are able to be immersed into a much more visually representative experience.
The kiosk also provides useful information on the development that you would otherwise find in our fabulous brochures. Local amenities including doctors, schools, dentists and more are on hand as well as handy travel times to transport destinations and motorways.
One of the most exciting features that our kiosks boasts is the gallery. The gallery allows buyers to sift through images of our past show homes to get a feel of the range of choices we have to offer. Flooring, carpets, tiling, wardrobes and kitchens. It’s a great way for our buyers to be able to visualize how a particular flooring choice will pair with kitchen cabinets.
